​Typically, clients sign up for a 3 month engagement with 3-5 sessions to get focused and gain momentum. Based on our initial consultation, you can decide the option that will work best for you. Then, we get started with the plan, so you can confidently move forward. All programs include any materials you'll need, live coaching sessions by phone or video chat and support between sessions for quick questions and accountability. You'll be in good hands with the Futures in Motion team as you step into the future you deserve.
