Why do so many people struggle to be satisfied in their careers? The clients I work with often get stalled in their careers because of fear and false assumptions. They fear getting out of their comfort zone into unfamiliar areas. They falsely assume that they can’t afford to change career direction. Sometimes they overestimate the financial impact of making a career transition. They undervalue their career achievements.

How do you overcome those common fears and false assumptions? After going through several career transitions and guiding hundreds of people through career transitions I know what it takes. I know that taking a step back to evaluate my values, skills and interests, actively exploring career possibilities and creating a realistic career action plan really works. The process enables you to get clear about what it means for you to be happy in your career, identify the possible career paths you can take and to plan (mentally and financially) to take action. I’ve gone through the process several times with amazing results. 

Why should you take my career advice? I’m in the business of helping people achieve their career goals. I’ve been working in this business for over 12 years and what excites me the most is seeing people have “aha” moments when they finally realize they can be happy in their careers. I believe in the importance of having a clear idea of your career direction and a realistic plan for achieving success and happiness. My whole approach is based on those key factors.
